PGY2 Certified Peds/NICU Pharmacist for Regional Hospital in NW IN Our client, a large healthcare entity in Northwest Indiana, has a need for a Pediatric/NICU Pharmacist in their Women's and Children's Hospital. The clinical specialist will join an on-site faculty member to provide direct patient care in the Women's and Children's Hospital.

In preparation for pediatric service line growth and changes, continued pharmacy expertise is needed in this area. Currently, this location is undergoing many facility updates along with an expansion of care for pediatric specialist services. As part of an established pediatric pharmacy program, this specialist will benefit from close relationships with physicians and other pcare providers in both the inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings.

Key Responsibilities: Targeted role in the neonatal intensive care unit with additional coverage of other pediatrics area when on-site faculty is unavailable. Participate in pharmacy-based projects, multidisciplinary committees Precept student pharmacists and pharmacy residents.

This position will be an 8-on/6-off schedule with full time benefits. Weekend coverage would be in the pediatrics specialty role and provide advanced and uninterrupted levels of care to this patient population.
